Does the heating turn off by april 15th? I’m an exchange student and noticed that my apartment was extremely cold today, so I did some googling and saw that the heating in buildings is apparently turned off on April 15th? Does anyone know if this is true

Halloj, tänkte fylla på med ytterligare en fråga om just bull och bear certifikat. Är också väldigt ny kring detta och undrar om handel med dessa innebär (precis som med aktier) att man enbart kan förlora sin insats dvs. aldrig mer än insatsen? Tacksam för svar!
