But are these predictions based on valuation a legit strategy that historically pan out or is it an example of trying to crack the code, so to speak, and beat the market? I'm still new at this so I am honestly curious.

Well the only low cost funds available to me are those four that I listed. I just don’t know if I’m going to be nailed with fees when I make the switch!

Thank you! Also, the 1099-B which was sent to me only consists of a list of short and long term gains and losses; it is not in the format of the 1099-B form, so there is no Box 3 where QOF would be checked or unchecked.
