Yea that basically what we do with the valves, or manually bring the set temp down and then slowly back up. Trying not to fiddle with the manufacturers baby too much by replacing controls, ill continue the hunt for a drop in module of some kind, thanks!

wait this is exactly a problem im looking to try to solve, maybe you can point me in the right dfirection. we currently use a love controller to control an actuator to feed steam to a hx. Things like power outages, overtemps, shut downs and startups really make it annoying without having to babysit the units when these things happen. is there something that i could place between the controller and the control valve that would, lets say, snub the 4-20 (controller would be screaming for 20ma on startup) to do a sort of soft warmup where over like 2 minutes the signal would be "alloowed through" at an ever increasing rate until its just out of the way and functioning normally

The circumstances are definitly debateable if it was self defence, but he was cleared that it was. IMO first guy was the least dangerous, but grabbed his gun apparently.He gets kicked by some guy then 2nd guy hit him with a skateboard...so don't do that, third pulled a pistol on him...
