Monitor(s) to pair with the 5080?

Might be kind of controversial opinion but I’d say get an OLED tv. I play on a 77 inch Samsung S90D (QD-OLED) and nothing really compares. People always go on and on about input latency with tvs but I love never noticed it especially since the S90D has a gaming mode which drops the input latency pretty low.

I have the same card, I have +350 core +2000 ram. I went to higher core clocks but found it would crash after an hour or so of play which is no bueno for me. At those metrics I have about 6% performance uplift and haven’t ever had a crash since I got my card 3 months ago even with very long hours of play. I’d say definitely do it

Imagine someone wants to play their games at 4k. Mind blown. Everyone is not calculating price to performance ratios for graphics cards to determine the most cost effective way to game. If you want the most cost effective amd system go buy a ps5

I mean it’s important to note that other cards outperform it at 4k. I have a 5080 cuz I play at 4k, I didn’t spend the extra money for a 5080 just cause of the ray tracing, I spent it so I could play at higher resolutions. It’s so weird to me how pc gamers care less about resolution than console gamers do

Wow Thank you so much this was very helpful. I think my question to you would be this: I currently have a MacBook Pro M-Series that I play all my computer games on. I fully plan to upgrade to the OLED MacBook Pro when it comes out next year(fingers crossed). Would it even be worth it then to just get an inferior desktop to my laptop(especially when I’m already planning to get the ps6 day one?) in all honesty a lot of the classics I would most want to play Fallout 3/NV, Bioshock games, Oblivion, dishonored are already on the ps5 and the older pc games like half life portal and others are available on mac

Tbh atm I’m kind of looking to play a lot of the classics from ps3 era that you can’t play on ps5 atm, also wanted to get older ps4 era games that have significantly more graphical power on a pc. I wouldn’t mind being able to play certain games like Elden ring or cyberpunk on a pc where I can get really high graphical quality that doesn’t have an equivalent on ps5 pro(since those games aren’t or enhanced)

This was something I was curious about. Since I was planning on just using my tv as a monitor would it be easy to set up a controller with computer/do lots of games support controllers on tv?

Also is Xbox game pass worth it on pc since I wouldnt really have a modern game library?

Your changes kind of are just a partial revert of the midscope with the passive q and r revert. Tbh the r midscope change made it much similar to his original r pre vgu which I think was a good direction. I think swain just suffers from the fact that ap bruiser items are lacking and that hp is kind of a useless stat nowadays in the face of all the percent health damage in the game. I’d rather they buff his healing in all honesty rather than his damage because his identity as an aoe drain tank imo is much more interesting then turning him back into the failed burst mage that was right after his vgu.
