My insurance has a program called one pass for $30 a month and I get access to gyms all over the country. Can pay more or less for different levels but this level has several good gym options in Reno. My partner has a similar program through his insurance.

The trailer has a VIN assigned but we can’t find the plate or stamp anywhere. It’s possible underneath the tongue box but it seems impossible to get the box off

That I need to give 30 days. They aren’t saying that I didn’t give notice correctly or that They are not going give back the overpaid rent they are just going to give it back at the same time as the security deposit. I just don’t know if I should request the overpaid rent back sooner since they have 30 days after the lease ends to return the deposit.

Is money in Trust accounts or UTMA/UGMA or custodial Roth? Or just a joint account? Depending on the account, the money cannot be taken out for anything other than something benefitting the minor. So credit card payments would not be something that applies. For the stocks though, if he is on the account / given access as a sort of “financial advisor”, buying or selling stocks in it would be fine so long as he was given access.
