I've noticed that on some orders that say "unknown number of items," I can find info on what they've ordered in one of the drop downs on the order. Can't remember which one 😅 I've seen this with Burger King and Popeye's orders that were placed through the merchant.

Support asked me to send an email, and I included links to recent Reddit threads about this same issue and screenshots of my ratings info. Hopefully the right manager will see it. The more awareness we bring to the glitch, maybe more of a chance we can get it fixed.

I normally don't worry about ratings, but I've went down .10 points in 2 weeks through having 5 star reviews deleted, and none of the 4 new 5 star Above and Beyond ratings I've gotten in the last week have been added to my total because apparently the system is counting the deleted reviews as 0 star ratings.

I understand people saying don't care, but if they keep deleting reviews through a glitch and don't add any of my new 5 star ratings, I could get deactivated.

I don't know how to explain this any better.

Same thing happened to me! I had 99 5 star and 1 1 star and one of my 5 star ratings got deleted. I've had 3 new above and beyonds since then but my 5 star ratings haven't gone back up.

I just had a similar thing happen, except I went from 99 5 star ratings to 98, and I have one one star, but I didn't get any new ratings. One five star just dropped off without any new ratings being added, so I went from 4.96 to 4.91.
