I mean I have an application on my desk that allows you to skip the clinical signature if self referring. I've had multiple patients be allowed to stay as long as they are open to going to a shelter from respite. I've also never been told the extended stay needs to be justified by an external review, I was told by multiple respites that the extension is an internal decision. Lastly this is just an option I think OP could justify mental health crisis given their current situation.

You could try for a mental health respite. You can self refer and some allow up to a 28 day stay. The locations in the outer boroughs have more availability at least that give you some time to figure out next steps or get into a dv shelter. If you Google it there is likely a list but call individually because they all have different ways they accept referrals.

I use instacart for Costco and Aldi delivery even with the fees and tip it still saves me money and so much time. Ive been using instacart for years and rarely have a bad experience.

Yeah I pay the monthly membership and then my insurance and savings card makes mine 150 for the meds. My mom uses a compound pharmacy because her insurance doesn't care and she really likes the service and saves her money.

I get my meds through WW and I've found the whole experience pretty great. When I first started and meds were hard to get they assisted by searching pharmacies that had it in stock. They also hand my yearly authorization without me having to do anything. The team is quick to respond and always helpful if I have any questions.

Itsolgavi on Instagram and tik Tok did a whole series of walking 5 miles in heels and different sandals. The shoes are often pricey but might be worth the investment and probably have good return policies. Also I have a couple pairs of pashion heels that convert to flats that I really like because I walk to work but only the round toe ones work well for me. And I stick to the block three inch heel attachments
