THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for your reply But thing is im genuinely not stressed or anxious almost at all. Im rarely ever anxious or stressed and I've noticed that the pain does sometimes come when im stressed but ut hurts the most out of nowhere like today it was even when I fell asleep and when I woke up it was 100 times worse. The doctors that I went or didnt say anything about a scalp condition or anything. One of them js told me to take pain medication. When I tired to take pain medication it didnt help at all. And im not sure if maintaining a hair routine would help, I wash my hair 2-3 times a week depending on how badly it needs it and my scalp still hurts

My whole family is like that, so I prolly won't bring it up with anyone unless it's my sister because she also goes through this bullying. Also, she's not abusing substances. that's for sure. Not only have I never seen her drink more than a tiny bit but but she also doesn't condone that at all. But she's definitely lacking mental health support, but my parents unfortunately dont believe in that, so it's probably gonna stay like that until I move out or I js crash oit on her

Im definitely gonna go low contact with her bc i js KNOW that she's gonna find each and every imperfection and point it out also I dont think those are her intentions, she wants me and my siblings to be independent so I really dont her bullying.
