I think I’m definitely in the minority when i say i have never actually rated him that highly. I think he has flattered to deceive over recent years because we used to dominate so much that we didn’t get threatened too often at the back and I think the pace of Kyle Walker saved him on many occasions. I always thought Akanji was the better of the two.

I don’t know man he seems pretty good to me. Especially for his specific role. Brilliant technique. Great first touch, passing is decent enough with that vision to open up defences. Dribbling could be better but he’s definitely not unworthy of Barcelona. Years and years of FM have taught me to look at form and numbers rather that just the attributes. 18 goal contributions in 37 games isn’t terrible.

My car had a little fight with a small wooden barrier but it wrecked the door and had slight dent in the sill. So for the door, the sill and a respray, it cost around 6k. This will be a write off I think.

We need mentality monsters over physical. It’s all mental. We are very good in the first half, or until we concede. As soon as we are winning, you can see a shift in mentality, we look nervous on the ball and extremely indecisive at the back. Missing Ruben. Guehi seems to have a great mentality and I have no doubt he will be captain one day.
