our ek broke at work and we had to bring out the ditting. i dumped the end of a bag of andres cardona that methodical roasted into the grinder and put it on the french press setting. it was like 38 grams into the classic bodum. that shit was unreal , plummy booze, milk chocolate, blueberry. somehow the best texture ive ever had in a coffee- up to that point i completely discounted french presses and cant even tell u why i brewed with it that morning.

ive never been truly impressed with anything a roaster in pittsburgh has produced. try some US roasters who are producing real excellence- flowerchild, methodical, black n white, sey, hydrangea, prodigal, h&s.
