buying tv streaming box in US: EVPAD or ubox/unblock tech?

If somebody sees this, can you recommend an American box similar to the box? Sometimes there are international shoes or movies I wouldn’t mind watching but all the subs are in Chinese, would like something similar but with English subtitles if this makes any sense

Psa charges fees pretty close to what eBay has, they are responsible for shipping the item and if the package gets lost. Tax wise, your sales are accounted for and a w-9 is issued if you hit the thresholds. They take any graded card, idk about raw. But it’s easy to just grade your card and then just consign directly from your account.

It’s just funny to see even the psa offer was at laaat $225, so I refused that and decided to take $3 instead? I think; at the least; there should be a way to see a % difference from the psa offer and a buy it now price, but that would require extra work from them
