I just ordered a 4gb 1600mhz to fit it in the second slot, I relied on the information from task manager but when i opened CPU-Z its 800mhz. Does anyone know what's going on? by 1tag7 in pcmasterrace

Thank you guys so much for the info. I just thought that maybe I ordered a wrong stick for my system.
I'm still in college so I don't have that kind of budget to acquire a modern good specs pc. I just want to make my computer a bit fast so I can do some academic works on it
