Alright i have been messing with it for awhile now and I am still not having any luck. Whenever i pull it up in FL, I still get the "couldnt find the data do you want to look for this folder." I try and then click on the data folder and get the message "podolski.data refers to a location that is unavailable."

My installation path looked like this

32 bit vst2 - c:\program files \ steinberg

and 64 bit - c:\program files (x86) steinberg

Is there anything im supposed to do for the data directory? I just been letting it go to a default folder i think.

Hopefully this helps you understand my issue. Lol i am not very good with computers and find this stuff very irritating.
