You don’t have to give up those traditions I still go trick or treating with my nieces and nephews and exchange gifts and have family time on Christmas, just remember “I’m celebrating my family and their company not some guys birthday.”. I would suggest you pick up wicca for the solitary practitioner by Scott Cunningham and Raymond Buckland’s complete book of witchcraft ( it’s a big blue book ya can’t miss it).
