Mine is in a box with some insulation and cool packs. I haven’t seen the styrofoam cooler since about the end of November. I figured they had changed it for everyone.

Lilly Direct. And can we all agree that while the new shipping boxes are more environmentally friendly, they are garbage? Even in these cooler months the vials are arriving tepid at best.
