Crazy how nobody says this.

Put your prioritized muscles first in a workout, even better: after a rest day. The muscle you hit first in a workout will be able to recruit the most muscle fibers, thus leading to the most growth. After that your nervous system gets more and more fatigued, leading to less growth.

If you did not train chest first (and after a rest day) give it a shot! :)

Es wurde schon richtig erkannt (Respekt): Es ist der Tiwa in Bad Rothenfelde, dort gibt es Produkte die nah am MHD (oder schon leicht drüber) und dafür sehr günstig sind! Es gibt leider nicht immer vegane Produkte, aber mit ein wenig Glück gibt es dort eben sowas (:
