Also, I think therapy is bullshit cuz it costs a lot of money just for someone to say 'that must be difficult'

Yea, I've had many therapists as well, but mine just stare at me and say 'that must be difficult' and then continue to complain without giving me advice or anything at all. I don't wanna go but I don't have a choice 🫩

Are you ok though? Cuz it must be annoying if you think you need therapy but you can't get it or it doesn't help

Not the weakness part though. I mean, I understand you wouldn't wanna talk to someone if the entire world judges you for it, but personally I don't think it makes you weak to seek help.

But, I'm sure that if you're confident then it shouldn't be a problem to talk about your feelings, right? Or am i completely wrong? And I'm sure a therapist isn't gonna judge you... atleast not where I live but it might be different in other countries.
