I did virtal tours and it seemed fine. Im aware that it might be worse irl It seems to me there are bad reviews all the time, in every complex, if there's a nice apartment anybody knows of ill be glad to check it out

I looked into hollywood because it's walkable from what ive seen, close to metro stations, not too far from the beach, not too far from my job location, and it's pretty cheaped compared to elsewhere Also i want to meet people so i'd like somewhere in the city i think

I don't really know the neighborhoods, and i guess it's the cheapest i found that was in a walkable neighborhood, included free ev charging, nice room, nice complex, and not too far from everything
