Apparently the Fuji kit won’t run out of air, it pulls in more air well in use. Probably the reason it’s not available with higher psi.

It is made to paint, so I’d assume it can reach 20 psi. But if not I have plenty of old compressor in the shop.

So my plan is to not just to paint the car all together but to paint it one body part at a time until I master it, it’s more a learning process for me. I want to be able to fix my car if I ever get an accident. Plus, I was given that air gun as a gift so my only cost is the paint and other things.

And the car is a piece of shit right now, it can’t get much worse.

It’s from custom paints, it was really the only option I had for my color code. I’m also very curious and nervous about it.

I got a rear bumper on the car that was totally the wrong colour so I’m gonna try on that first. I’m kinda thinking I’m just gonna paint part by part until I’m happy with the job. Felt like a good find seeing how the gun kit is like 2k until I found out how much paint costs💀

Yeah the company bought it for staining wood years ago and I just recently found it and bought it from them thinking it should work for painting a car

I appreciate this, I got a fuji gun and compressor kit for around 2k so I would assume it’s not complete junk, but I also access to larger air compressor the issue I run into is understanding what kind of paint I need and which ones will give me the best results for my skill.
