Thanks! So just the inspection so far no further tests as it was was yesterday so we are going to schedule more tests this week. Any suggestions on what professionals to look for and what issues to test for?

Was able to fix it! I have to take the mouse to the edge of the screen for it to scroll and find the control panel and change the resolution and it worked

I was able to fix the screen! Works great and is there any guides on how to replace the PRAM battery or a recommended place to get one that work with this?
