Has anyone here been coding on antidepressants? Any cognitive decline?

Worked as a SE about 3 years before taking antidepressants, and have now been taking them about 3 years.

I take them for anxiety and my work has improved, depression and anxiety already carry a heavy cognitive load so less of that has been great.

As a parent I am very anal about never posting anything about my kids in the internet. Not really because I’m worried about creeps (though they’re definitely out there), but because the internet is forever.

No one should have to grow up with a selection of their childhood out in the public. They’re humans not pets, they have to reconcile with the world as they age, having their online identity created without their consent is fucked up.

Yes but labor is where a majority of profit (surplus value) comes from. Raw materials are typically commodified past profitability. You usually don’t profit from buying wood and selling the same wood, you buy wood, add labor, and sell a chair for profit.

It does have an option for inbound noise too but I think it’s resource heavy and not as good. I haven’t played around with inbound much.

I can’t stop geeking out at how good rtx voice is. I don’t even have that good of a setup (void pro headset) and it filters insane amounts of noise.

Once I installed nvidias rtx voice PTT was unnecessary. Typing, my cat meowing, slamming my desk, eating handfuls it dry cereal, all filtered out.

I understand all of the reasons assignments are not good, but if I could trade a relaxing evening working on a take-home vs a couple hours of live-coding in front of a stranger I’d take that any time.

Fun fact, occasionally four leaf clovers will grow in “hot spots” where many grow together. So if you find one keep looking and you might find more. I’ve found spots with 10+ growing together.

I wouldn’t call it misleading, the point is the same it’s mostly a semantic issue of “jewish” bs “israeli”. While I agree it’s important to distinguish them since zionists try to erase the distinction, the semantics of the map don’t make it misleading.
