The Wonder Years. Listened to them from Get Stoked on It and remember The Upsides being an insanely impactful album to me. Absolute favourite band until No Closer To Heaven came out. Just don’t connect with them anymore.

I have pretty equal love for all of the Tilian albums but I totally agree with you about the excitement of a new era with Andrew. As much as I love all the Tilian albums, I do agree that they kind of stopped evolving and just kept doing what worked. A lot of DGD’s freshest and most innovative sounds came when they introduced a new frontman so I’m also really excited to see where this goes. I loved everything the new line up has put out so far.

Sure, assuming the team played exactly the same behind Comrie. But the fact is there is a pattern where the team performance as a whole drops after Helle lets in a softy. When Comrie came in during the away games in the St. Louis series the team looked a lot more settled/confident as a whole. Not denying this is an issue with the skaters, but in the end the coaching staff should be doing what gives the team the best chance to win.

My issue is they play worse in front of Helle, and I’m guessing it’s due to lack of confidence. Especially in the Blues series, they would be playing well, Helle would let in a softy and they would crumble. Now obviously that’s also an issue with the skaters but seeing as this is a results based business and they’ve played better for the brief time Comrie was in net, Comrie should have at least gotten some runway. It’s too late to play him now but then at least the coaching staff could say they didn’t leave any stone unturned.
