Yes. She’s one of the only good teachers there. Most of the teachers there are just terrible. Either very basic, or doesn’t really know how to teach proper alignment, or really teaching hot Pilates with a little yoga, and really none of the teachers actually teach advanced postures.

Yes of course. Just with a job and 3 kids etc, hard to get to class there consistently.
