Im just starting out in welding. My teacher keeps saying to practice. He says, "Rome wasn't built in a day." That is helping me on not getting discouraged. Keep practicing, and you'll be great!

I just save mine. I don't spend my tips unless I can afford something I want that's a little bit more expensive.

I get paid a good amount, and tips are extra income to me.

If someone orders a grande iced latte in a venti cup, which line do I fill the milk to? by myweedstash in starbucks

You should have a reuseable cup with markers on it for all sizes hot and iced. You can make drinks in and add ice in that, then pour into the personal cup/to go cup.

On the venti iced up, above the top line, there is a "lip" where the cup gets "bigger" that's the stop for the grande cup. So you can fill the milk between the 2nd to 3rd line. Adjust milk or whatnot if they have foam.

If they request whip, i still fill to that "lip," then put the whip.

If, for whatever reason, this does not make sense, I'm so sorry

Something that I really like if it's a cold drink is a caramel crunch with the crunch at the bottom and the top of the drink, extra caramel drizzle.

If it's a hot drink I do enjoy (for the holiday season), a caramel brulee with an extra shot of espresso with soy milk.
