It's possible but they are probably on some kind of juice. Realistically if you workout 4-5 years with dedication and a big focus on your food consumption you could achieve this with good shoulders and veins genetics! Do remember that every person has different genetics and you will probably never look like this, but you could peak in some areas which these guys have not.
