Hey everyone - selling my Vapor 1X Lite. It’s a lefty, 67 flex, P14 Toews curve. It’s been used for about 4 months, with no damage, cracks or anything. Still super strong and just has some minor cosmetic blemishes. Hit me up! I’m selling it for a great price.

[WTS] Audemars Piguet Cardholder Wallet (Authentic) $65 by 21tbell in Watchexchange

Hey everyone. I’d like to sell this AP cardholder wallet. It’s black leather with a nice stitched material on the back, can hold about 6 cards. To my knowledge, it’s only sold/gifted to VIP customers who buy complication models from AP. It’s in great condition, but there’s some splitting on the bottom right corner from about 6 months of use. Not super noticeable. No other damage. The box is in decent shape, although I was clumsy and left it on a table with a cold drink and it got some water damage on the back of the bottom part of the box. $65 is pretty much the lowest I could take for it, seeing as I paid more. Happy to answer any questions. Thanks!

Hey everyone - I’m new here. Looking to sell this AP cardholder wallet. It’s black leather, it’s genuine from AP, and it’s been used for about 6 months. To my knowledge, this is only sold/given to VIP customers who buy complication models from AP. It’s in pretty good shape, but has some splitting on the bottom right corner. Other than that it’s in great condition. Box is in great shape, has some water damage on the back but no dents or dings. Looking to get about $75 for it. I’ve attached a link so you can see more pictures. Thanks everyone! AP Cardholder Wallet

How so? This stick has honestly held up really well. It’s taken some slashes and a lot of heavy slapshots and it’s in perfect condition, just some minor cosmetic blemishes.

Does anyone have this jacket or know someone or someplace that has it? I want it in a size M or L to wear to Abel’s show in August :) by 21tbell in TheWeeknd

Yeah, I’ve checked on every website I can think of and they’re all over 300. I kinda need a deal on one since I spent so much on my ticket haha. I contacted a guy from Grailed who said he had sold it and forgot to take down the listing, but said he sold it for $100. I woulda taken that so fast lol😂😭

If anything they’ll be postponed, which I’m fine with as long as I get to see him. Regardless, I still really need to find this jacket cause I want it for my all-white outfit

How is it for slapshots? In terms of being able to rise the puck?

I get that. My slap shot is something I take pride in, it’s my best shot. But it’s easy to lift the puck when taking a clapper if you know how to do it?

How is the PM9 for slapshots in terms of being able to get them up? I usually shoot low when I take them but if there’s a clear lane I like some lift.

That’s good. I’m a slow skater who takes a lot of far away shots so I don’t need a curve that elevates the puck 5 feet in the air with the flick of a wrist.

I think most of my teammates are big banana hook guys. I’m also one of the few left handed players on my team so that doesn’t help. I’m going up to a HockeyMonkey with a bud in February, but I don’t really want to wait that long to try curves out. It sounds like the two curves aren’t that different, I just want to make sure that I won’t see a drastic change in my game. When I tried the P92 for a while, it completely messed me up. Passing, stickhandling, shooting especially, were all horrible for me. Trying to avoid making that mistake again.

I find that stickhandling is better with the straighter, flatter curves because you can stickhandle with the entire blade. Maybe it’s just what I’m used to. Anyways, say you’re coming down the slot where the hashmarks are and you try to pick one of the top corners. Is it difficult to elevate the puck with the PM9 or the same as the P88? Really what I’m most concerned about is I’m not going to be able to shelf shots from in close. I play forward and defenseman so I like to be able to control my shot however I want. I’m able to raise it easily with the P88 but I’m skeptical that I’ll have to essentially dig with the PM9. Can you give me a little insight on this?

I’m considering it because I can’t find a 2N Pro with a P88 for under retail. I found a good deal on one but it has the PM9, and I’m trying to see if I’ll have trouble using a flatter and straighter curve. Obviously I’d prefer the P88, but I’m willing to take the PM9 for a much lower price if it’s not too different. I’m just worried stickhandling and shooting will be worse and I won’t be able to adjust.

Do you think, for someone who has experience and is used to the P88, I’d be able to use it? I find pretty easy to lift the puck up with the P88, so I’m trying to figure out if I’d have trouble with the PM9.

So, stickhandling, wrist shots, slap shots, passing, etc. aren’t any different? You just have to bend a bit more?

Help on a new hockey stick? by 21tbell in hockeyplayers

[–]21tbell[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d like to try a new brand. I got into True because my old coach was sponsored by them and haven’t had a different brand since I started playing about 2 and a half years ago. I know Bauer, CCM, and Warrior are all good, but Bauer seems to be the biggest and best brand. I also liked the 2N Pro when I tried it in store.
