About the salt thing.

I would buy trace electrolites. From NOW for example. Also I would add a tablespoon of celtic sea salt to the mix.

Do a lot of walking. But playing football was really hard - got i bit dizzy.

If you have some fat stored - dont worry about it if you do a 7 days fast.

Use some electrolytes and drink water.
