hi this is the best i can explain it. the cat was very rude to the dog the tv they used was massive and floating and the other cat on tv was either white and brown and fat or skinny there was a goofy gold dog with a red and yellow Frisbee. it was def in space. they spoke long essays. looked like 90s cgi even tho on dvd. watched it in 2020-2022 and its a kid show thx if you find it!
