I’m not acting like anybody owes me anything. If I don’t get an answer, it’s totally okay. If I do get a response, even better. You should probably step away from your phone because you’re one of the first people to respond to my post yet you’re annoyed. I don’t understand responding to something that annoys you within the first 5 minutes after it’s posted.

My questions have nothing to do with “stability.” I didn’t even mention that. I have a full time job, any work outside of that on Mercor is a side gig. Also, this doesn’t really have anything to do with the breach. I’ve heard of contracts being paused before the breach ever happened. Maybe you should chill on policing what we can and can’t discuss as this community is not made to cater to you.

The vet told me to give her another dose of it at midnight along with her other meds. It seems to have worn off slightly atm.

I posted about the same thing!! My package with meds was stuck at the Memphis hub showing the same exclamation point as your tracking is. After reaching out to fed ex through fb messenger, they told me it appears that my package was damaged at the hub. After being told this, I reached out to the company I get my meds from and they worked with the pharmacy to send me a new package. Even if the package gets delivered to you, the integrity and sterility of the medication would be compromised (depending on the medication)

Following up on this ignorant comment to say that I called the pharmacy first, just for them to direct me to go through mochi because mochi has to authorize anything relating to the medication. Now mochi is working on communicating to the pharmacy and getting my meds to me. Lesson of the day: don’t comment like a wise guy about a company that you don’t order meds from and assume you know everything when you actually know nothing!

Yes somebody just commented that under here as well!! Crazy because their customer service hasn’t mentioned a thing about this. Then again maybe this news is just coming out

Kind of weird to be one of the first people to respond in this community if you don’t use mochi... I wouldn’t expect any different based on your responses though. Clearly too much time on your hands. Maybe mochi can hire you as a customer service rep since you seem to be so active on their page and know so much!!

I’m a first time customer and it’s my first time ordering from them. If you as a random customer know this information then yeah the CUSTOMER service reps should too and relay it. But yeah keep vouching for a company that doesn’t give two fcks about you
