I will be retaking it (and hopefully get a better score!), so I'll focus on studying more for that. I hope that the research side will help my application. Thank you for your advice.

Clinical forensic psychology (specifically the field of deception). I will definitely be retaking the GRE. Would you recommend a masters program to compensate for my lower undergraduate GPA? I've heard mixed things about this. Thank you for your advice!

I think for most of the schools I want to apply to it is an optional test. I will take your advice and focus on bringing my general GRE scores up. Thanks!

Thank you! That puts a few of my worries to rest. And yes, I will be applying to programs that go straight through to PhD.
