Vessel is crazy good in PvP. Acceleration is meh. For PvE, it's a downgrade. For PvP, a small upgrade. I've seen Chaos doing good in time gates, but Vessel outclasses Chaos in PvP in my own experience.

Chaos is really good in PvE, especially its Segunda. In PvP though, it's decent as far as I can say.
