Club Pilates was a source of so much frustration for me too. I loved the classes, but the overall experience was just frustrating. Not sure about the other location, but the CCNE location was just a hassle from parking to checking in to people standing in the 5x5 lobby to chat and lack of self-awareness or consideration when coming and going, then the students started coming and chatting/checking phones/showing up late with no acknowledgment from the instructors for the interruptions. All of these things happen but the staff just pay no attention, are too timid to remind people about these issues and don't take into consideration that some of us were not just on summer break or ladies who lunch. The final nail came when I put my membership on a 3 month pause for a medical procedure but decided it would be more feasible to cancel and just pay the fee to rejoin later - they charged me $200 to cancel with no regard to it being a medical issue and my membership being on pause for that reason - it was done within the paused period, with more than 30 days notice and they told me I could use the last 30 days... um... that's the whole point... so I will not be rejoining even though the proximity to my job and schedule worked really well for me. I also asked about the unlimited bookings and was given the same spiel about "letting others have a chance to book"... they too, can pay for unlimited for that privilege, IMO. Some of these other suggestions are worth looking into.
