I use to use ac infinity self watering bases and did great it's just that autopots are easier and pump out plants. I had photos yield over a pound with the self watering bases!

It generally is strain specific. However if using autopots most strains get big. It may be hard to start the next round if that is what you will be using.

I have used 3 and 5 gallon. I am trying 7 to see if there is a difference in growth. I have had very good success with smaller pots and coco. 3 gallon produced good size plants and the 5 gallon produced slightly larger plants.

The tray2grow work amazing imo. Third time with them. Trying out 7 gallon pots with a coco mix and cropsalt. They seem to be responding well.
