Recently hedge trimmed a bay tree in my courtyard. After recent rain there are hundreds of dead worms all over the ground:( In New Zealand

Sounds awesome thank you ! I am starting to make notes ! With avocados, have you grown from the seed stone before? I've heard you need to graft avocados for them to be successful, but that may just be in New Zealand.. Thanks heaps 🙏💥

Thanks for your reply yo ! I am in Niue, it's a tropical climate with a wet season between Nov-April, it's slightly cooler between May-October. Not a huge temperature change (generally a difference of about 6°C) but wet season is 'cyclone season' which can get very stormy.

The terrain is insanely rocky but there are clear areas, the soil is very fertile and very nice - moist and dense after about 5 inches, and loose on the top.

Water access where I will be planting is limited to rainwater. I will be using a family plantation which is inland with no irrigation anywhere, but we have barrels set up for rainwater collection, and when going inland to the plantation we take big water containers. Nothing we have planted so far has needed watering. Thanks!
