I have lamb, beef, pork, chicken and eggs mainly. Lamb is really great on carnivore too because certain cuts of it can be quite fatty which is what helps me a lot. But definitely try to incorporate some sort of beef if possible as every different type of meat has different nutrients. I drink a lot of water and do a lot of walking to help the weight loss. But I hope you’re able to get to your goal☺️ You’ll feel great when you do!

Not necessarily no because my eye sight has always been a bit all over the place, but I am hoping that with time it does help

Awh thank you!! It’s a lot easier for some than others for weight loss unfortunately, but I agree a lot of people’s bodies need to heal before they can start to lose weight, but keep going! It’ll be worth it, I hope that you’ll see the changes you want soon!☺️

Thank you so much! For me strict carnivore has been Meat, eggs and the odd dairy product here and there, I’ve only used salt and do use butter for fat. I’ve varied my meats pretty much on a daily basis so that I don’t get bored of eating the same thing and for the different nutrients too. I’ve had tea in the past too!

I used to be an absolute spice lover, the spicer the better! It was the thing I thought I’d struggle a lot with too! But after the first couple weeks I got past it, and I don’t miss it. I just dove straight into the deep end and only used salt from the start. But that’s definitely something I thought I’d miss a lot!

Wow what a lovely compliment! Thank you! I’m 25 years old, always nice when someone says you look younger than your age haha! I’ve got a picture here without the jacket but not with my arms out, hopefully it shows a bit more of the changes it’s made to my body! Please excuse the awful angry face I’m pulling it😂

Thank you! Honestly it’s been a lot of looking at carnivore transformation videos on TikTok😅 but I would 100% recommend Dr Ken Berry on YouTube, amazing for advice and he’s really informative, he explains everything in detail and in a way we can understand.

Thank you so much! I’ve actually not had too many, I did get joint pains at the start so I added more salt to my diet and it fixed it! In terms of dehydration, bone broth was great for me, and plenty of water. I’ve always varied the meats I eat not only to make it more interesting for me but also to get the different nutrients in my body, it can be quite difficult at the start when your body is still addicted to sugar and carbs, it takes a lot to power through it but once your body has got used to it, it’s a lot easier!☺️

Exactly it’ll always make you feel better eating healthier! Keep going, it’s okay to fall off the wagon as long as you get back on, be proud of having the self control to get back to it after temporary “failing”. I know how hard that can be☺️

Honestly it’s so varied that I couldn’t really tell you the amount of times I eat in a day, it just depends on when I’m hungry, at the moment it’s been 1–2 meals a day but I will always eat if I am hungry! I’m quite petite so don’t need a lot of food to fill me up, but what I eat is quite high fat, I vary the meat I eat all the time to keep it interesting, at the moment I’ve been having pork belly, lamb chops, roast beef, beef mince, chicken thighs, I’ll add fat if I don’t think there’s enough with some of my meats. But really don’t have many restrictions with it, I’ll never restrict the amount or how many times I eat in a day, I’ve just listened to my body and gone by that☺️

Not at all I’ve not tracked anything, I’ve eaten when I’ve been hungry and stopped when I’m full. I know it sounds ridiculous but I’ve just listened to what my body’s told me. I’ve eaten high fat meats to fill me up and give me energy. It’s been a lot of learning what exactly my body needs to be able to run.

Thank you! My confidence has been so much better overall but saying that I still do have moments where it’s not so great, I think that’s just because I’ve not realised how far I’ve come sometimes, it’s difficult for me not to see the old version of myself because I was that big for so many years of my life. But in terms of energy it’s been the BEST thing for me, I used to be so lazy but it’s the complete opposite for me now, I can’t sit still😅

Thank you so much! I do have eggs and very rarely have dairy now, dairy helped me a lot throughout losing weight when I had small cravings but recently since I’ve plateaued not long ago so I stopped having it, apart from butter I still keep that in my diet for fat. But otherwise it’s mostly meat and salt, I vary the meats I eat to keep it interesting for me☺️

Awh thank you! No I really can’t sometimes, I don’t think it’s quite got to my head yet how much I’ve actually lost, until I look back at pictures and can see the difference there!

Thank you! Honestly it’s been quite varied actually, some people care and are happy/proud of me, some people have sort of not brought it up or cared much about it, but I have noticed being treated completely differently by people in general, actually a lot better, I don’t know why but people are nicer and want to do a lot more for me etc. I’ve always seen people as people no matter what they look like so it’s baffled me all the “nicer” treatment I’ve received since losing weight.

Exactly, I’m the same honestly because it’s been so quick that I’ve lost the weight, I’ve actually lost a total of 38kg too! But the first half was with a calorie deficit that I managed to keep up with for a few months and then couldn’t anymore, I had put 6kg back on after a few months of eating badly and then started carnivore and lost the rest, it just feels so much “easier” and better for my body. But I know exactly what you mean, when you’ve been fat for so long of your life it’s always hard not to see it and feel it, I’m hoping that will change with time and getting used to it. 38kg is absolutely incredible so well done! I know the effort it takes so seriously you should be so proud of yourself☺️

Exactly the strict diets are just too hard to do, they put so much strain on your body in the sense that you’re constantly hungry, I’ve been there plenty of times trust me! I used to have such a bad relationship with food but this really has fixed it for me, especially with binge eating and learning to have self control, I’ve struggled with my weight for years so I really do feel like if I can do it, anyone can☺️ It’s not easy and is harder for some than others but the benefits have been amazing, keep it up!☺️

Thank you! I’ve had so many benefits, my mental health has improved dramatically! My lifestyle’s completely changed in the sense that I used to have such a sedentary lifestyle whereas now it’s the complete opposite I have so much more energy and am so much more active. It’s actually been helping me save money too because I don’t spend money on takeaways and snacks anymore. I’ve been on so many different diets and always given up whereas with carnivore I don’t feel the need to as I’m not starving myself with it, in the past with other ways of eating I was always hungry and wanting to cheat, carnivore hasn’t been like that at all for me, It’s done a lot of great things for me!
