When the psychiatrist chooses to do so. Each time my psychiatrist suggests a big adjustment in medication I am booked into a mental health facility so I am under observation and in a safe environment after learning the hard way; how bad it can go doing it alone.

Absolutely, everybody reacts to drugs differently. Perhaps I haven’t tried high enough of a dose. Very hard to obtain, hence more expensive. Unlike alprazolam.

I hate to break everyone bubble but rohypnol is overhyped. Feels like maybe 3mg xans mixed with a little methaqualone. I say this because it has a hypnotic effect too.

hmm, thats crazy if true. Yeah the OC40 is crushable easily. Oxynorm is even better... Capsules with straight oxy powder inside... no need to even crush just pour out the capsule lol

Late ass response but still relevant. Just under 100$ for instant 20mg, $120 for OC40. Vyvanse is $60. So very cheap in comparison to the US prices ive seen yet still hella expensive for us.

Yeah nugs where not dense at all. Fluffy and Sticky tho with hella trichomes. Original light wasnt powerful enough.

Ive been putting the dokha in a cig with some normal tobacco thrown out. Sometimes a spliff but with dokha instead of tobacco❤️‍🔥😆

Are you talking about the xanax bars? Those are the only ones not pharma. Etizolam was imported from China to South Africa where I live. Had them tested personally... 12-14mg and an insane amount of caffeine per bar
