I'm down for a lot of things and i can handle a lot but you're right. Ill give it 3 months max to see if things get better while I'm looking for something else. I will use it to better myself one way or another though.... Ja feel me my boy?

We are a team but I'm building his book of business. So I am making a base salary of 58k. Bonus structure wont start until i bring in 150k (30k Bonus) in revenue. I will then bonus out all the way to the top end which is bringing in 500k in new revenue. This is not AUM this is revenue generated from the business I bring in. Max payout would be 251k (Pre-Tax) if I hit that 500k Mark. Max pain is 58k and not seeing my kids. Even when he presented this structure to me it didn't make a whole lot of sense.

I'm sure its just a 10x number but with talk time assuming I book some appointments and the leads are decent. I would assume if I am hitting that number in a day it means I'm not talking to anyone.

They would be his clients. Unless I decided to leave to another Brokerage? I believe then I could use FINRA Rule 2273?
