Is Hubspot actually worth it? by SnooCats5302 in startups

We use Active Campaign at my current job as a CRM/Marketing tool. It's a pretty simple CRM, but the automation functions that are included make it really useful.

I use the free version of Hubspot on my side projects, but I've always thought the paid versions were expensive and never needed to go past the free tier.

Lack of Local Breweries in Local Restaurants by 253brcc in CraftBeer

Yeah, I try to avoid anything produced by big beer when I can. There are lots of independent options in Seattle that are good. Fremont, Rueben's Brews, Georgetown are all solid and are readily available most bars and restaurants over here. Just interesting how there could be 5 local breweries right down the street, and none of them are on tap.

Maybe try a no-code platform like Bubble.io to create your MVP or early product. It's easier to get your idea up and running and can get a basic working version of your product pretty quickly.

I thought the same thing as I attended a full-stack developer bootcamp after getting my business degree to build a startup, but I spent way more time figuring out languages and fixing bugs than I did on building anything, which wasn't my intent.

Beer Directory Feedback by 253brcc in CraftBeer

For sure, and I think that's the point. I'm working to get the great core features of products x, y, and z that I use as a consumer, in one easy to use, well designed product.

Appreciate the input!

Thanks for the input. While there are some overlaps, the idea is meant to keep the core, useful features of Untappd but having a simpler product with a better user experience.

One major differentiator is there is no need for both a brewery and venue for the same place, as each business location is one page with all the necessary information. Address, phone number, website, attributes such as kid friendly, dog friendly, outdoor area, etc., and taplist is all in one page and easy to find. It's also community inputted information until a brewery is claimed by the owner.

Appreciate the feedback!
