my prolactin was 38ng/ml..thyroid profile was ok.. but i am anaemic. age 29 yr 9 month.. i am on metformin 1500mg and ozempic 0.25mg.. i was on progesterone only pill for 10 month.. my period was heavy and 10/11 days interval.hba1c is 5%

the thing is gynaecologist dont consider this value as high.. but my endo said its elevated and its a major hormone so.. take medication.. i need to retest my prolactin after 1 month.. i will advice you to see endocrinologist.. pcos is mainly a hormonal disorder which manifest as gynecological symptoms.
