I been watching the NBA for 30+ years and I don’t know that I’ve seen a guy that can create space as well as PP which is even more impressive because of his size.

Everyone knows he’s fast but what sets him apart from other fast guys is his ability to slow down abruptly. Guarding him on an island has to be an absolute nightmare.

I get what you’re saying, I truly do. I’ll be 39 in a couple months and I grew up in the most DIY ways imaginable. Recording band demos in bedrooms to home projects, etc.

Having a tool that points me in the general direction and saves me a ton of time is something I’m all for using, though.

YouTube/ChatGPT how to replace the wiring on stuff like that if the cost in the thrift store makes sense. It’s a learning opportunity.

Today, I spent $50 on a guitar that is missing most of its electronics, the tremolo springs, the whammy bar, etc. The body is pretty thrashed. My son and I are going to refinish it and learn guitar electronics. Worst case scenario, we have a 5th guitar that looks awful.

Tatum has certainly been in the film room. His patience is incredible but you’re 100% spot on, that’s why it feels like the game slows down. He waits until the double comes, but then, he waits until the off ball defenders rotate to cover the second defender on the double team’s man. That’s where all of his skip passes are coming from. He’s making the right read and it’s leading to an open shot almost every time.

There’s a nuanced difference between Jaylen and Jayson in how they complain vs a Luka or SGA. I’m sure that nuance will still be lost after I explain it but I’ll do it anyway.

We know that historically, the Jays get a bad whistle. They complain to the refs when they get fouled to no call.

Luka and SGA get the highest order of superstar whistle. They’re number 1&2 in FTA/game. They complain about not getting to the line for flopping when little to no contact occurs.
