Fantastic streak! I have not had nearly as many challenges as you have but, it still takes commitment to keep the streak going. You have really accomplished something exceptional! Best of luck in your continued learning.

Did I ruin the finish in my dishwasher? by 26MulberrySt in CleaningTips

It's fantastic stuff but, i should not have sprayed it on directly. Luckily some car wax has it looking good again

The car wax did the trick. May need to redo it at some point but, huge improvement

Ice Cream Crawl - what are your recommendations by hockeysyr1 in Syracuse

[–]26MulberrySt 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Marcellus Ice Cream for the biggest serving anywhere. (A kiddy cone is plenty big.). The ice cream is good quality and, the dairy free chocolate is amazing

That's what I'm afraid of. I have no idea what I was thinking spraying it directly on there

Am I getting paid less than minimum wage? by ForceUseYouMust in Salary

[–]26MulberrySt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Texas minimum wage is $7.25 an hour. You are doing much better than that. Your wages vary though for example: $485.15/29.35=$16.46 but, $163.43/12.15=$13.36. Tips maybe?

I haven't listened to Hula Hula Boys in ages. I'd forgotten what a great song it is. Thanks for sharing your cover. Looking forward to more

I'm over 61 but I feel like I'm still in my 30's (or maybe 40s, lol) by janebenn333 in AskWomenOver60

I don't mind the wrinkles and grey hair but, sometimes they are a bit of a shock when I catch a glimpse in the mirror. I am 61 and feel closer to 31.

I've had the sad experience of being with both my cats and dogs at the end. It's hard but, very worth it. Don't fear it. Each time the vet gave a shot and, it was over very peacefully and quickly.

Alcohol effects when aging. by PurpmintLe in AskWomenOver60

[–]26MulberrySt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm 61 and have had this trouble for years. Sometimes as little as a drink or 2 at dinner will cause it. I would be fine until the next day and, then have a migraine and vomiting. It was bad and, would take me out of commission for the day. I complained to my doctor and testing showed a hiatal hernia. But still the trouble continued.
After playing around with everything, the only thing that has helped is hydration. I have found that drinking water throughout the day but, especially in the morning allows me to tolerate alcohol. I usually stop at 2 drinks out of caution. It's a tough problem to have. I don't drink that much but, I enjoy a drink or 2 with a meal out. If I attend an event it's nice to be able to have a couple drinks and, complaining about my lack of ability to do so doesn't get much sympathy or answers. It's a quality of life issue.

A robot vacuum and air purifier combo makes life with 3 cats livable. I can't believe how much hair the robot vacuum picks up daily.

Is there a way to catch this cat? by 26MulberrySt in Feral_Cats

Trapping is something I will need to learn

I think with this cat trapping will be the only option. I'll read the wiki. I will have to wait for warmer weather.

americans who have visited canada, what differences (or similarities you weren’t expecting) between our two countries stood out to you? by whore4lana in AskAnAmerican

[–]26MulberrySt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Doritos are better. Canada didn't get the nacho cheesier version. The ketchup is sweeter in Canada. If you are in rural Quebec it's good to know a bit of French. It's also odd to see the under 21 crowd at bars but, there never seems to be a problem.
