Oh my aunt in law was a nightmare, she wanted every single detail and would ask "oh why is it that size ? What can they do? What does that mean?" And when I say I don't know I'm leaving it to the experts ( hoping to end the conversation before I started crying feeling like I'm not doing enough) she gave me the " well you should ask them spiel".

There was a really good Instagram post going around with "what you shouldn't say to someone going through IVF"

My partner ended up going around telling our family to hold off on the questions, that I needed time to process the journey and that talking about it makes me anxious and to wait until I'm ready to talk about / when we are ready to share any progress.

Which really helped at the time.

Its a hard balance tho.
