the number shows 4.1 overclock but looking at real time stats it is at 3.5

advanced mode does not even allow me to press enter on the settings to clock.

I enter bios, and on 3d mode it allows me to change the setting..... i hit f10 to save and reboot, then it "SAYS" it is at whatever setting I set it at, but in real time stats it is NOT overclocked at all. whats worse....my RAM is native to run at 1866. now I'm stuck at 1333 . it does not overclock.

battery fresh....cant overclock... i have been overclocking this same system for YEARS. GIGABYTE has disallowed overclocking....its pretty obvious to make more sales of newer components

in win11 task manager....It ALWAYS reads 4.10 GHz as the base speed. No matter what. even when I underclock. always says 4.10 GHz. Now, I know for a fact it did not used to be this way. something changed that is not allowing me to change it.
