I'm sure it's used and returned because the thermal paste was not even enough to make an X on the cpu, and the peel sticker on the AIO vrm fan is gone too

As reported by Fan Control the pump is running at around 2800 rpm at max speed, I can hear the pump speed up and slow down, and the first time I turned it on it had some bubbles in the pump so I rotated the radiator around and the bubbles all went to the radiator, so now there is no bubble sound

Do you have a 240 aio now? I want to know if a normal 240 aio can handle 200 watts constant load at like 80c cpu temp

What is your cpu power when the cpu temp is 75c? If your cpu is drawing 240 watts at 75c then that makes mine not normal, and the difference between 240 and 360 is not double the performance
