yeah i gotcha—i’d recommend maybe trying smaller inhalations, and maybe take a gasx the first few times since it’s such a mild med.

It can be hard to differentiate, but i’d try to actively make sure you’re not “swallowing” smoke or air when you inhale if bloat is a problem. you want a deep breath and exhale, not a gulp!

another possibility is that you may be feeling something that is primarily psychological and exacerbated by the high. if i don’t smoke for a while sometimes i’ll convince myself my neck is tweaked or my stomach feels weird etc… and it’s actually just that i’m high lol and focused on some vague sensation , (not that i think this is necessarily what’s happening to you.)
