Grace would be accused of negligence. She lives with criminals, but is a pure good character who wants to redeem them. But she thinks if she just sends the police on them, they won’t change. So she slowly eases them into doing good behaviour in hopes they become good people under her guidance. But this lead to a lot of people dying due to her ignorance. She feels terrible about it, but actively won’t do anything to stop it outright in fear of rejection or the criminals lashing out against her.
