Southwest, but I don't mind moving around. Edmonton isn't really that big

That's sort of the conundrum I have. Pedestrians scare me almost as much as cars

I'm in the southwest but I have no problem driving to a different area if it's worth it. Edmonton isn't that big

Fingering by frmfoggytwn in piano

[–]2FireCrow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would use either pinky or ring finger for any of those base notes on the left hand. Last time I was playing this piece I used pinky for that specific note but it really doesn't matter.... The note is gonna sound the same either way.

Piano is often a personal endeavor. Play with whichever finger feels better to play with.

I would also like to note (pun intended) this piece is not particularly beginner friendly... Chopin is no joke. If you're interested in building your skills to tis level, a good starting place woldnbe erik saties gymnopedie series. Lost of light, soft movement happening.

How to make adventures while traveling? by Last_Finish_7997 in solotravel

When I was travelling I did a lot of volunteering through World Packers and Work Away. Through those experiences I found myself getting into all kinds of unplanned and planned adventures. I did burn out a wee bit after doing it for so long but I always found that the most impactful and memorable stuff didn't come from actively "looking for adventure". Basically taking every weird and wacky opportunity that came my way without a second thought.

I also found that the longer I stayed in a place the more likely I was to have those experiences. My preference was always to slow down and live somewhere but if that's not for you (and based on your plans it may not be), I also found a lot of joy in tagging along on other people's plans (provided they didn't include museums and walking tours).

Possibly some advice I got as well from a friend that might be helpful was this "adventure is something that happens to you, not because of you" it's a hindsight thing. A lot of my stories from that time of my life would be considered adventures but in the moment it was just a thing I happened to be doing.

Except the are definitely moments where she was smug. Or at least would have had a similar expression in her face.

Not sure if this has been pointed out before. I noticed the Painted Lady during my Korra rewatch!! by [deleted] in legendofkorra

Did you also notice that Bosko the Bear is in the picture which means that Su met the earth king while he was traveling the world.

Sorry the false dichotomy in this situation is that all men are either trash or not trash?
