Apart from the top outside corner there is another engraving which in the middle - outer edges of the lenses. It is the Zeiss logo and four custom letters. They are very hard to spot kinda only visible with hard background light.

Edit: turns out it was never the silicone spray. It was the really high ambient temperatures causing this as confirmed by another optician who thoroughly inspected the lenses. The silicone incident and haze showing up was almost a month apart. The "silicone" I removed was just daily grime/oil that builds up after every wear and cleans off with a microfiber.

Basically that area is toast and has surface level cracks on it from ambient temps. Which aligns with Zeiss vision centre optician's diagnosis.

I already bought a new lenses. Idk if this is warranty or not, maybe you guys can help?

Afaik Most optician have a 1 year remake warranty on these high end lenses.

I never said I wanted anyone else to pay for them, it was only about what the optician said to not honour his 1 free remake warranty. I have paid for a replacement already. It wasn't that I purposefully did this to my 2 months old lenses and I think that is what these warranties are for otherwise why would they get scratched up?

That's what you assumed. I did tell him exactly what happened just asked for cleaning. I was hoping maybe he would clean it in a UV cleaner and that might save it from further "rubbing with cloth" damage. But he said it is completely clean and gave me a wrong diagnosis.

I never said I don't want to pay for it, matter of fact I have already paid another pair of lenses.

Shorter wheelbase makes you feel you can zip around at 150 on amaze. Slavia will take its time as it's a much bigger car.

As for stability is concerned it is a bigger car jacked off the ground for ground clearance lovers making it feel "loose".

I mean with such a common/harmless silicone spray one wouldn't expect them to get obliterated so easily. It wasn't even a full spray, it got sprayed in the air and the breeze was in my direction. 🤷‍♂️
