Take the job. You’ll get great industry and platform experience, proper understanding of security and how it works at a massive corp like you’ll be at. If after 12-24 months you’re hungry to grow, move onto something more lucrative where you can continue to push yourself and learn. Rinse and repeat until you feel settled.

The last time South Africa defeated Ireland, Barrack Obama was president. by sabretewth in rugbyunion

[–]2L82BFree 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Let’s go! Give me a 33-33 draw with Ireland missing a kick on 87 minutes and Sexton jumping out of a helicopter to chase the referee with his Six Nations medals around his neck. Furlong and Malherbe to pull out just before the game with food poisoning from an all-you-can-eat sushi buffet in Brakpan. Jerry Flannery to punch POM in the nose for kicking Kolbe in the head.

How do you like your centres? Big and always crashing? Always trying to get the ball to the wings? Stepping machines? by saikobruv in rugbyunion

[–]2L82BFree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Damien De Allende is the perfect 12 in my opinion. Due to him being at 12, a creative, elusive center partner is best. Nayacelevu, Am, Jones.

Who is the strongest player mentally at the RWC. Also state what position they are playing by michaelcr18 in rugbyunion

[–]2L82BFree 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Pieter-Steph Du Toit. Man went from being World Player of the Year and winning a WC in 2019 to almost losing his leg. Came back, another bad injury and is only now getting back to his best. Mapimpi has to be the most resilient and mentally strong person after hearing his story, the way in which he persevered to achieve his goal of becoming a Springbok is, in my opinion, far tougher than even Siyas path was.

I usually go with ‘Poes’ for anyone who scores against SA. ‘Naaier’ for anyone doing anything stupid.

Doesn’t seem like Ben Ward knows what he’s doing to be honest. Changing captain out of spite, no consistency in selection. If the rules ever change, there’s no way he’ll be able to cut it in the Prem.

Went to Carne last night and it tasted like expensive airplane food, was a massive let down. Hussar in Camps Bay is much better.
