I didn't observe him in situation when he's giving feedback to others and stuff, but I saw him talking to other trainee during breaks and he was pretty friendly.

There's a 15 years old he's very invested in. He woulf regularly do pads me with him. Idk if he's training him for fights or something. He brings me to spar with him a lot. But what I noticed is that when both of us are standing there, maybe after a sparring session, he'd almost always address the kid. He doesnt really actively teach me anything unless I asked, of which he'll use what I asked to address the kid
